At Victorious Academy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with the courses offered on our platform. If you are not satisfied with the course you purchased for any reason, we offer a flexible return policy under the following conditions:

You can request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions:

• No more than 30% of the course content has been completed.
• A valid reason for the return must be provided.

Return Process:
Return requests are processed within 7 business days from the date of the request. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Policy
